- Strip Mall (2011) — general contractor for a 10,000 sq ft commercial strip mall.
- Hawk’s Landing — Calmar (2012–2013) — about 1.2 km of underground sanitary, storm, and water mains, servicing for 101 lots, storm pond cleaning and tie-ins.
- Green House Development — Lloydminster (2013) — pond reclamation, demolition, and earthworks across about 20 acres, including major backfill.
- Folkestone Villas (2015) — sanitary, storm, and water services for a 48-unit residential apartment development.
- Folkestone Villas (2015) — sanitary, storm, and water services for a 24-unit residential apartment development.
- Midway Centre — 102-acre earthwork, deep services, and roadworks for phase 1, lots 1 and 2. Precast concrete buildings delivered to completion.
- Midway ESSO gas station and Triple O’s Burger (2020–2021) — lot servicing plus a 4,000 sq ft precast concrete shell with tenant improvements.

- 13977 113 Ave — Surrey, BC (2021) — sanitary, storm, and water services for a 6-unit residential development, plus curb, sidewalk, road, and asphalt.
- 118 Ave convenience retail store (2023) — 6,000 sq ft steel structure, including planning, management, budgeting, and complete construction.
- 34 Street Commercial (2024) — 24,000 sq ft steel structure buildings with underground utilities, planning, management, budgeting, and shell construction.
